Welcome to AqlyonSocial. This document explains the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the AqlyonSocial platform and how we handle information in connection with our services.

1. About AqlyonSocial

AqlyonSocial is a digital platform designed to simplify the creation, personalization, management, and distribution of social media campaign content. AqlyonSocial is a product and platform operated by Aqlyon Brand Management, based in Koyilandy, Kozhikode, Kerala, India. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, references to “AqlyonSocial,” “Aqlyon Brand Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the same organization and service provider, unless otherwise stated

The Platform helps individuals, organizations, institutions, communities, businesses, and campaign managers create personalized posters and campaign creatives for educational initiatives, social causes, community events, awareness campaigns, promotional activities, and other digital campaigns.

Depending on the services and plan selected, AqlyonSocial may allow users to:

• Create personalized posters and campaign creatives.
• Add photographs, names, messages, logos, and other content to campaign designs.
• Participate in social media and digital awareness campaigns.
• Manage campaign branding and digital content.
• Download or share personalized campaign creatives.
• Access additional campaign management, branding, hosting, analytics, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use AqlyonSocial.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, company, institution, campaign, or other entity, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

Users below the applicable legal age may use the Platform only with appropriate permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, school, or authorized organization, where required by applicable law.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of AqlyonSocial may require users or campaign administrators to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Take responsibility for activities carried out through your account.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

AqlyonSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or are used for unlawful or harmful activities.

4. User Content and Personalized Materials

AqlyonSocial may allow users to provide photographs, names, text, logos, messages, and other materials for the purpose of creating personalized posters and campaign creatives.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to use and submit such content.

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary authorization to use it.
• You have obtained appropriate permission from individuals appearing in photographs, where required.
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Your content does not contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harmful, or offensive material.

AqlyonSocial does not claim ownership of User Content submitted for personalization.

5. Campaign Content and Third-Party Campaigns

Some campaigns available through AqlyonSocial may be created, managed, or operated by third-party organizations, institutions, businesses, community groups, or campaign administrators.

AqlyonSocial may provide the technology and infrastructure required to operate such campaigns but does not necessarily endorse or agree with the opinions, messages, objectives, statements, or views expressed by individual campaign organizers.

AqlyonSocial / Aqlyon Brand Management shall not be held responsible or liable for any legal, regulatory, copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or other issues arising from content provided, uploaded, created, published, or distributed by users, campaign administrators, or third parties through the Platform. Users and campaign administrators are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they provide or use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. However, AqlyonSocial/ Aqlyon Brand Management will cooperate with authorized legal, regulatory, and law enforcement authorities when legally required, including in connection with investigations relating to content or activities conducted through the Platform.

Campaign administrators are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns, campaign content, and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use AqlyonSocial to:

• Upload or use content without the necessary rights or permissions.
• Use another person's photograph or personal information without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Create misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive content.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the Platform.
• Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Platform without authorization.
• Distribute spam or misleading promotional materials.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

7. Intellectual Property

The AqlyonSocial Platform, including its software, technology, branding, user interface, templates, features, graphics, and proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to AqlyonSocial and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may use the Platform and approved campaign materials only in accordance with these Terms and the permissions provided through the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, or commercially exploit AqlyonSocial's proprietary technology or materials without prior written permission.

8. Campaign Templates and Creative Assets

Campaign administrators may create, upload, or manage campaign templates, logos, graphics, and other creative assets through the Platform.

Ownership of campaign-specific materials remains with the respective owner unless otherwise agreed.

Campaign organizers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use all templates, logos, images, graphics, and other materials submitted to AqlyonSocial.

9. Subscription Plans and Payments

Certain AqlyonSocial features and services may be available through paid subscription plans or customized service agreements.

Pricing, features, billing periods, and plan limitations will be communicated at the time of purchase or through a separate agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments must be made according to the selected billing terms.
• Subscription fees may be non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
• Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or limitation of services.

AqlyonSocial reserves the right to update pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.

10. Availability of the Platform

We aim to provide reliable and secure access to AqlyonSocial. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

AqlyonSocial may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue certain features where necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or operate the Platform.

• The Platform will always be available without interruption.
• All generated content will be completely free from errors.
• Campaigns will achieve a specific level of reach, engagement, participation, or success.
• Third-party social media platforms will accept, publish, or display shared content.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before downloading, publishing, or distributing it.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AqlyonSocial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the Platform.
• User-generated or third-party campaign content.
• Unauthorized access to user accounts.
• Actions or policies of third-party platforms.
• Technical interruptions or service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

AqlyonSocial may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe that a user has:

• Violated these Terms.
• Misused the Platform.
• Violated applicable laws.
• Infringed the rights of another person or organization.
• Created a security, legal, or operational risk.

Where appropriate, reasonable notice may be provided before suspension or termination.

The information and content provided by users are processed only as necessary to generate the requested personalized creative or campaign material.

AqlyonSocial does not permanently store end-user personal information, photographs, names, or personalized campaign content on its servers. User-provided content is used only for the processing and generation of the requested creative and is not maintained as a permanent end-user database by AqlyonSocial.

We do not claim ownership of photographs, names, messages, or other User Content submitted through the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to upload and use photographs or personal information through AqlyonSocial.

4. How We Use Information

Information processed through AqlyonSocial may be used to:

• Provide requested Platform services.
• Generate personalized posters and campaign creatives.
• Create and manage authorized user accounts.

AqlyonSocial is not responsible for the independent data handling or privacy practices of third-party campaign organizers.

AqlyonSocial is designed to minimize the storage of end-user personal information.

We do not permanently store end-user photographs, names, personalized poster content, or other personal information on our servers. User-provided information is processed only as necessary to generate the requested personalized poster or campaign creative.

Once the requested processing or generation is completed, AqlyonSocial does not maintain the submitted end-user content as a permanent database on its servers.

Certain limited technical or operational information may be temporarily processed where necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or maintain the Platform, in accordance with applicable legal and technical requirements.

8. Data Security

AqlyonSocial takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the Platform against unauthorized access, alteration, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

However, no online platform or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
